Sleeping on 79kWh of power is a tricky thing... IF the battery decides to go, it goes FAST, with very poisonous fumes and virtually unstoppable. It's very unlikely, but very lethal if it happens. ALL exits should be accessible at any time FAST.

When the Madam said, "I wish it was 5 feet longer", I got a good laughed and somehow didn't feel sorry for her.

pushing the width limits on this boat was a genius move, it makes all the difference. No way she could have done this with the narrower hull. Example: the kid's rooms are 9 foot...most canalboats wouldnt have enough width for the hallway.

Very nice, classy and comfortable. You know I really love rhe shelf in the master bedroom,. So farm house, shore line rustic feel to it. It just foes with any decor and style of a home. If you want a more industrial look, switch out the rope for chains. It will look perfect. I feel it's perfect now. Any ine who sees it will agree. And that it can be switched up to go with a different theme. I would put some fairy lights in it for at night, and days that it's just so cloudy a gloomy outside. Snow days too. Your hime is perfect. Very nice tiny house to show Roman. May I suggest that if you are going to use music in between people talking, that you make sure that the music is not very much louder than the speaking. I have to use headphones, and I nearly jumped out of my chair every time the music came on because it was both very sharp sounding music and it was VERY loud. So I had to turn the volume down to the point where it was hard to hear the speaking in order for the music not to be too loud for the music right into my headphones. Otherwise, nice video. Lovely house.

Ik vind het voor mijzelf maar een rommelbank. Wij kopen pas een E camper als ze 1000km aankunnen en/meteen alles electrisch binnenin zonder panelen en electrische rommel dat allemaal ooit stuk gaat. Maar ok het is een goed begin

Obviously it is the future! Just as EV on passenger cars. I build my EV campervan too. Works perfectly. With the new 2024 EV vans you can get pretty high specs already.

We have a small env200. We used to have a large diesel ducato which we have sold on to others to enjoy. Have you thought about sunsynk inverter to directly charge the 400v pack using either solar or wind/hydro/Genny?

Regarding **finding Land** on which to Locate a Tiny Home, I Agree 👍🏽 with the homeowner that it’s Necessary for one to have determination, Hope, and the GUTS 😂😂 to find Land. BUT what was not Conveniently NOT mentioned is that even with aLL that, COLD HARD CASH 💰 is needed to Purchase said land, unLess it’s being Given out for Free 🤷🏽‍♀️which I Seriously doubt.
